The CB Richard Ellis Austin Private Client Group sold two multi-tenant office buildings to Asset Management Consultants in the 4th Quarter of 2008. AMC was able to secure loans for both transactions including Arbor Square which closed in late December. Given the extremely difficult financing environment, the closings are truly a testament to Jim Hopper and his team.
AMC approached both transactions with the ultimate goal of closing. They never lost sight of this goal and their efficient team remained focused and organized throughout the entire sales process.
