These professionals work exclusively for AMC sourcing and underwriting potential acquisition opportunities and in the past 5 years alone have closed more than $750 million of property acquisition and loan transactions.
When underwriting potential acquisitions, AMC is focused on well-located, stabilized properties that produce immediate cash on cash returns of 8.0% – 12.0%, or more, per annum. Since AMC is seeking low risk investments and immediate and steady cash flow, it is not restricted to one property type in favor of others, thus allowing its acquisition team significant freedom to work on a wide variety of acquisition opportunities.
