AMC has cultivated relationships with more than 500 private investment partners that believe in its fundamentalist approach of risk mitigation and steady cash flow, and realize that experience, discipline, and consistent and transparent communication are critical to success.  Most of AMC’s investors have participated in multiple transactions and are attracted to the company’s focus on predictable and dependable cash flow, mitigated risk, and the strong likelihood of appreciation.  AMC affirms its confidence in each transaction by funding a significant percentage of the equity required as a limited partner along side of its investors.

AMC is focused on well-located, stabilized properties that produce immediate cash-on-cash returns of 8.0% – 12.0%, or more, per annum and overall returns on investment greater than 15.0% per annum.  With a minimum investment threshold of $20,000, AMC provides investors with a safe harbor within which to achieve significantly higher cash-on-cash and overall returns  than they could achieve on their own.  Investments can be made with personal or retirement funds.

In order to participate in an AMC investment, an investor must qualify as an accredited investor.
