In today’s fluid and unsettled economy, AMC finds that its capital is more safely invested in conjunction with property owners that own stabilized, cash flowing properties but have financial, physical or partnership issues associated with their ownership.  AMC’s Acquisition Team works closely with commercial real estate brokers and property owners to carefully identify the problems that owners face and then jointly determine the best mutually-beneficial course of action to maximize property value.

AMC utilizes its disciplined investment strategy, experience, creativity and strong industry relationships to identify, structure and close well located, highly occupied properties that generate immediate and steady cash flow and have a high likelihood of appreciating.

In a commercial real estate market where buyers want to pay significantly less than property owners would like to sell for, a much more palatable solution is for the current owners to partner with AMC and continue to participate in the future cash flow and profits that will be achieved once AMC has invested in their property.  Every transaction is different and each structure must be individually created to suit the unique circumstances of the ownership problem.  While no repetitive “cookie cutter” formulas exist, AMC does offer several transactional options for a property owner who wishes to maintain an interest in the property, including:

  2. Restructure of loans that have matured.
  3. Replacement of current partners that need or want to monetize their ownership interest.
  4. Co-owning with tenants that want to be owners.
  5. Capital infusion to facilitate loan restructures.
