After eight years of government service, as a lawyer with the United States Courts, Kevin joined AMC on a full time basis in March of 2005. His responsibilities focus on corporate compliance issues, as well as active participation in the entire acquisition and venture capital transaction process.

Kevin graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration in 1990 and then attended Whittier College School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1994. He was admitted to the California Bar in November 1994.
