Kenneth m Levine - Director of Invetor RelationsIn the areas of acquisition, asset management, finance, and disposition of commercial and multi-family real estate assets, Ken is a specialist in these areas.  Having more than 25-years experience, and has been involved in more than $2.0-billion in areas  throughout the United States.

From 2006 to 2009, Ken directed asset management activities for Scripps Investments & Loans, Inc.  Prior to his activities at Scripps, Ken was Assistant Vice President-Dispositions for SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. from 1999 to 2006, where he was responsible for a multi-family portfolio targeted for disposition.  This portfolio consisted of more than fifty newly constructed institutional-quality multi-family assets in seventeen States totaling more than 12,500 units with an aggregate market value exceeding $1.0-billion.  Ken was also responsible for the marketing and disposition of SunAmerica’s land portfolio located throughout the United States.

From 1996 to 1999, Ken was an Acquisition Manager for AMC where he focused his efforts on locating and evaluating non-performing loans for lender workouts and acquisition, and real estate acquisitions meeting the firm’s profit and yield objectives.

Prior to 1996, Ken worked for Western Federal Savings Bank and the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”) as a Senior Asset Manager.  While at Western Federal, he was responsible for the management and disposition of a large portion of the institution’s 125 asset, $250-million commercial and multi-family REO portfolio located throughout California.

Ken obtained his California Real Estate Broker’s license in 1985 and as a broker, has successfully owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm and property management company.
