During more than 30 years in commercial real estate finance, banking and syndication, Bob Becker has closed transactions in nearly every state and provides AMC with broad knowledge and experience of every type  of commercial real estate, from institutional grade office buildings to small net-leased properties.

Most of Bob’s career has been with two of America’s premier financial institutions, e.g. GE Capital and Bank of America.  As a Senior Vice President of GE Capital Markets, he established institutional syndication relationships that resulted in participations in more than $1 billion of loans on single-tenant properties.  At Bank of America and BancAmerica Securities, he arranged a similar amount of financings for bank clients, as well as managed a $200 million portfolio of fixed income real estate investments for the largest pension fund in the United States, CalPERS.  Bob’s real estate career began at Beneficial Standard Life Insurance Company, where his primary responsibilities were to manage the mortgage company’s marketing plan and to make mortgage investments in the company’s primary markets of California, Arizona and Texas.
